By placing an order with Wereldstenen (www.wereldstenen.nl), you agree to the sales conditions. These conditions apply to LEGO parts and LEGO sets.

 

Quality

Products at Wereldstenen are new or used. LEGO sets are new and sealed in the original packaging. Older LEGO sets may have slight damage to the box due to their age. If in doubt, you can always request a photo. Individual LEGO parts are sorted into new and used LEGO parts.

Delivery Times
The delivery time of your order depends on various factors, including the payment method, the complexity of the order, and the possible reordering of missing parts. No partial deliveries are sent; the entire order is shipped complete. Please expect a processing time of 1 to 2 weeks. All our products indicate how many pieces we can deliver immediately from stock.

Payment is made in advance. You have 7 days to make the payment; after that, we will cancel the order! Before doing so, we will send you payment reminders. We accept various payment methods:

• Bank (transfer to Rabobank)
• IBAN (for customers outside the Netherlands)
• PayPal
• Mastercard via PayPal
• Visacard via PayPal
• Cash by mail
• Cash on pickup
• iDEAL (In development)

Our preferred payment method is iDEAL. It is very fast and reliable. You can use iDEAL if you do internet banking with one of the major banks (ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Fortis, SNS Bank). More information about iDEAL can be found on the iDEAL website (http://www.ideal.nl/).

Our second choice is a bank transfer; you will receive both the order and payment information immediately by email.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for items on eBay via PayPal with your credit card!

Cash is also accepted by us. You can also pick up your order (by appointment) and pay for the order in cash.

Shipping
For shipping preparation and delivery, you pay the amount due at the completion of the order.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, your order may not have been placed. In that case, please contact us via email.

After receiving your order, the status is 'pending'. From the moment you place an order on Wereldstenen.nl until the moment the order reaches you, we will keep you informed about the status of the order. With every change in status, you will receive an email from us, but you can also check the status of your order at any time through our website. To do this, look in the user menu under 'Customer Data'. Below, you will find an explanation of the various statuses used by us.

Currently, you should expect a processing time of 2 to 3 weeks. This does not differ much from the old website. If you have not received your order within this time, you can send us an email. We will shorten this time in the coming months. However, it may also happen that you receive your order within 3 days. This depends on the type and size of the order.

• Pending - Your order has been placed and received by us. This is the first possible status. Payment information has been sent.
• Paid/In Process - Your order has been paid and is being assembled by us.
• Waiting - At least one of the products you ordered is not immediately available. The order will be shipped as soon as all items can be delivered.
• Shipped - The order has been shipped and will arrive soon. This is also the last possible status.
• Canceled - Your order has been canceled.
